Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Calbo, LLC (“Calbo,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit calbo.us or buy from us. We collect only what we need to sell and ship you a towel.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your shipping and billing addresses
- What you ordered, how much you paid, and when
Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout form and are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Like most websites, our hosting and network providers automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your payment and fulfill and ship your order
- To send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and tracking information
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To prevent fraud and keep our site secure
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who We Share It With
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store:
- Stripe processes payments. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order.
- Email providers deliver order and shipping emails.
- Hosting and network providers (such as Cloudflare and Hetzner) host and protect the site.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.
How Long We Keep It
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill your order, provide support, and meet tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
You can clear your saved cart at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to order data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
