These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of calbo.us and any purchase you make from Calbo, LLC (“Calbo,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

When you place an order you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree that the payment information you provide is yours and is accurate. Any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand your order to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email [email protected] and we will work with you to make it right. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Returns

All sales are final. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges. See our Return Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including for items that arrive defective.

Product Images

Colors and details can look different depending on your screen, and minor variations from the photos may occur.

Intellectual Property

The towel designs, images, text, and other content on this site belong to Calbo, LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a towel does not give you the right to reproduce or sell its design. You may not copy or reuse site content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for fraud or anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calbo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
